I had a water filtration system installed around July 31st, 2024 by Karl and Chris. They cut my power line left huge holes on my back yard and the system never worked correctly. I kept emailing and texting for the owner to contact me and never heard from him. I asked for my filtration system to be put inside. Why put this on the outside? My well has a building that is approximately 5 feet by 5 feet. Plenty of room inside.

Bell Cow installed a new water heater around July 26th, 2023. The day it was installed, I had to call and let them know it wasn't heating water at all. The guy that installed it came back and didn't have the electric correctly hooked up. It did work after that, and I haven't thought about it since. However, I am now selling my property, and the water heater showed up in poor condition on the inspection report. The attached pictures and corrosion show it has been leaking most likely since the day it was installed. It is a slow leak, so the water and damage are contained to the top and side of the water heater. I have Bell Cow coming out later this week to look at it, but I am already paying another $90ish dollars for that. They have pointed out it that the water heater is outside the 1-year warranty window. Clearly it has been leaking for longer than the less the 5 months past the end of their warranty. I'll update with how this company handles my situation later this week. All in all, the installer didn't have the electric nor the plumbing connections to this water heater done correctly when he left the first time. Very disappointed in their lack of quality control on their own work. UPDATE: While there were problems with the installation, James came out on Wednesday and thoroughly analyzed the problem that caused the leak. It was due to how it was installed, but James addressed the issue. I was also not charged anything. Mistakes happen, but Bell Cow fixed the issue promptly without charging me anything. I can recommend this company and will call them for other projects in the future.

The technician was very knowledgeable and hard working. He took his time in servicing my two AC/Heating units and making sure everything was good to go. He answered all my questions that I had so I could update my house insurance information on the units. I signed up for their annual service plan to make sure my units are good to go all year long.

3/12/25 was the date of service. HVAC team of Scotty and Mike came out to clean my ducts, my under house unit and added a Reme-Halo LED. They did a great job, shared before / after pictures and answered all my questions. I appreciate their hard work and patiences. The Reme-Halo has improved the quality of the air in the house. The teams at Bell Cow (carpentry, plumbing and HVAC) I have worked with have been great. Thank you! Trey Walton

The day after Christmas James and Miles showed up within 2 hours of my initial call and checked my old water pump, diagnosed the issue, tore everything out that needed tearing out, facilitated my purchase of all new equipment, and troubleshooted impossible issues within minutes. Enough said. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

Great service! We needed work done on our heating unit and Dawson was awesome. Customer service was top notch and he explained everything to us and showed us the issue. Very trustworthy and professional. Job was finished quickly and we are back up and running better than ever. We’ve now had Bellcow out for some plumbing and hvac service and each time was a great experience. Fair pricing too. Highly recommend.

Bell-Cow Services dispatched one of their plumbers out to my house, and the visit was very professional. The man I spoke to was very straightforward with me and didn't sugarcoat anything. He walked into my home, took a look at my equipment, and told me straight up that what I was trying to do was not going to work. He then told me exactly what had to happen in order for my vision to be made a reality. For anyone out there who might have similar aspirations, you should know that if you are attempting to install a tankless water heater, it must be fueled by natural gas and not electricity. A natural gas powered, tankless water heater will produce 10 gallons of hot water per minute versus only two with electricity. Additionally, the average cost for getting gas lines ran to your home in North Carolina is going to set you back about $2,500.00. Depending on the company, this may or may not include installation services for your tankless water heater, but I'm quite certain you must have the tankless water heater on hand prior to their arrival on site. Great job to Bell Cow .. I rate them with 5 Stars after first hand experience of their level of competence and skill.

Was very pleased with the service I received from Bell Cow. The service Technicians were courteous and professional. I would recommend this company for any Crawlspace sealing or other repairs needed in/ around your basement Or Crawlspace.
